At daydreamHER, we believe in bold, confident style — and we want you to love every piece. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Window: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Items marked as Final Sale at checkout
- Swimsuits returned without original hygiene tags
- Gift cards
How to Start a Return: Email us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval or decline. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order for the size or style you'd like.
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll make it right.
